Create New Slider

Create a new slider from the dashboard or builder, including template and clone-based starting points.

Create New Slider

You can create a new slider in several ways depending on whether you want a blank start, a template-based start, or a cloned copy.

1. Dashboard New Slider

  1. Open Zoro Slider in WordPress admin.
  2. Click New Slider.
  3. Enter the slider name.
  4. Enter an alias if needed.
  5. Save the slider.
  6. Continue into slider settings or the builder.

2. Dashboard New Slider From Template

  1. Open Zoro Slider in WordPress admin.
  2. Click New Slider From Template.
  3. Choose the saved template you want to use.
  4. Enter the new slider name when prompted.
  5. Create the new slider.
  6. Open it in the builder and review the copied settings and slides.

3. Dashboard Clone an Existing Slider

  1. Open Zoro Slider in WordPress admin.
  2. Find the existing slider you want to copy.
  3. Click the cog icon for that slider.
  4. Click Clone.
  5. Open the cloned slider.
  6. Rename it if needed and review settings before editing.

4. Builder File > New Slider

  1. Open any existing slider in the builder.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click New Slider.
  4. Enter the slider name in the popup.
  5. Create the new slider.
  6. You will be redirected into the new slider builder flow.

5. Builder File > New Slider From Template

  1. Open any existing slider in the builder.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click New Slider from Template.
  4. Choose the saved template.
  5. Enter the new slider name when prompted.
  6. Create the new slider and continue into the builder.
